Welcome to Module 1

This module introduces every employee, contractor, virtual assistant, and student to Turned Leaf Psychiatry's purpose, services, values, expectations, and chain of responsibility.

Passing standard: Complete every section and score at least 90% on the final quiz.

Learning Objectives

  • Explain what Turned Leaf Psychiatry does.
  • Identify the populations and services supported by the practice.
  • Describe the company mission and core values.
  • Explain how each employee contributes to patient care.
  • Recognize when to complete a task, follow an SOP, or escalate it.
